Kate Springfield, Family Nurse Practitioner
Kate is originally from a small town in southeast Colorado. She graduated in 2012 from the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science and minors in chemistry, biology, and psychology. After college, she worked in private practice medical clinics until she returned to UNC Greeley for a B.S in nursing. She worked in the acute care setting as a registered nurse for several years and went on to earn her Master of Science in Nursing, graduating in 2019. Kate is passionate about helping people age gracefully and functionally by optimizing their overall health and quality of life. She has completed advanced aesthetic and hormone training all over the country with some of the most prestigious names in the industry. Some of her training includes various injection techniques for neuromodulators, dermal fillers, sculptra, and platelet rich plasma. She has also completed training on PDO threads, bio-identical hormone replacement, various radiofrequency devices, and lasers. Kate enjoys reading, spin class and working out, wake surfing, traveling, and eating the best food she can find. She is married and has two Rottweilers and a cat.
