Kate Springfield, Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C)

Kate grew up in a small town in southeast Colorado competing in basketball, volleyball, and track. She graduated in 2012 from the University of Northern Colorado with a bachelor’s degree in Sport and Exercise Science and a triple minor in chemistry, biology, and psychology. She later returned to UNC Greeley for her second B.S. in nursing. After working in the acute care setting as a registered nurse, she simultaneously completed her Master of Science in Nursing from Samuel Merritt University located in California. Her focus is in preventative medicine, cosmetic medicine, and bio-identical hormone replacement. She is a certified Bio TE provider as well as in neuromodulators and dermal fillers.

She is married to Dr. Michael J. Springfield DC, who has positively influenced her disease prevention philosophy. She has two Rottweilers and a cat and enjoys spin class and working out, wake surfing, traveling, and eating the best food she can find.
